These are three concepts apparently simple but the main veins of any communication effort. Being these strengthen with creativity, make the possible consumers move to a zone where they wonder how their needs are going to be solved. To have their needs solved, we need to know about the market and what is the brand and competitors surrounded by.

This is the less showy part but, without any doubt, the most important thing to talk to the consumer’s ear. They might be searching for products or services without knowing where to find them.

It is analyzed from the beginning, planned from a “how-to” perspective, and then measure the communication efforts to find out the results to achieve.
